A guestbook for every place

Every placehas its ownguestbook.

Write a few words about somewhere you've been, add your photos, and your page joins that place's guestbook. Turn the pages and you'll find everyone else who travelled there too.

The concept

One place, so many journeys.

On its own, a trip stays a folder of photos. In PostTrip every place keeps a single guestbook, and the records of everyone who visited pile up inside it. The same Kyoto looks different in every season, and to every traveller.

Read

Turn the pages of the guestbook

A place page is a book. One entry fills one page, and you swipe sideways to read on — when each traveller went, and what stayed with them.

  • One entry, one page — turn to read
  • Sort by visit date or newest entry
  • Save the posts and places you like

Leave

Leave your page in the places you've been

Pick your photos and add a few words. Dates and locations are suggested straight from the photos, so there is almost nothing to remember — even for a trip from years ago.

  • Up to 4 photos per page
  • Date & place suggested from your photos
  • Choose who can see each entry

Collect

Every entry lights up your map

Each page you leave adds another light to your world map. Every place also earns a stamp, so the shape of your travels becomes visible at a glance.

  • Places you've written light up the map
  • One stamp per place you visit
  • Countries and regions counted for you

Privacy first

You decide what the map shows.

Travel photos are personal. PostTrip is designed so that sharing a trip never means giving away more than you intend.

Per-photo map pins

Choose photo by photo whether its shooting location appears as a pin on the map. Locations you keep off the map are never published.

EXIF stripped on delivery

Metadata in your photos is used only to suggest dates and places while composing. Delivered images have EXIF removed automatically.

Private posts

Keep trips just for yourself. Private posts appear only on your own profile and map, invisible to everyone else.

Leave your page in the places you've been.
